Glazed Pork Chops

- 2T. cornstarch
- 1/2c. water
- 1T. butter
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can French Onion Soup
- 2T. packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and water. Melt butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
- Add soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 mins. or until done.
- Remove chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture.
- Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
- Serve over chops. Serves: 4-6
