- 1/2t. GINGER
- 1/4t. SALT
- 1/4t. PEPPER
- 1/4t. SAGE
- 3T. HONEY
- 2T. LEMON JUICE
- 1t. LIQUID SMOKE
- 1/2t. GARLIC
Instructions
- IN SKILLET MELT BUTTER UNTIL SIZZLING.
- ADD PORK AND CARROTS, COOK OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL MEAT IS BROWNED.
- REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
- COVER, COOK, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE CRISPLY TENDER.
