Italian Sausage Pockets

- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 can biscuits
Instructions
- Brown sausage, drain. Add spaghetti sauce.
- Reheat mixture. Flatten on a plate individual flaky biscuits and spoon in 1T. of the sausage mixture.
- Be careful not to get on the edges of the biscuits.
- Pinch edges of biscuit together to make a pocket. Prick the pocket with a fork and brush the top of each with egg whites.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until brown.
