    Italian Sausage Pockets

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. Italian sausage
    • 1c. spaghetti sauce
    • 1 can biscuits


    Instructions


    1. Brown sausage, drain. Add spaghetti sauce.
    2. Reheat mixture. Flatten on a plate individual flaky biscuits and spoon in 1T. of the sausage mixture.
    3. Be careful not to get on the edges of the biscuits.
    4. Pinch edges of biscuit together to make a pocket. Prick the pocket with a fork and brush the top of each with egg whites.
    5. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until brown.
