Lipton Onion Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1 egg -- beaten
1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
1 long roll of crushed ritz crackers
melted butter or margarine



Recipe




Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with "Pam." Mix crushed crackers with soup mix. Coat each pork chop in egg and roll in crumbs. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with butter. Bake 45-50 minutes, turning over at half way point.
