PUT YOUR PORK ROAST IN A COOKING BAG COATED WITH FLOUR FIRST,THIS PREVENTS STICKING TO BAG.THEN ADD THE FOLLOWING.....
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 TSP. SAGE
1 TSP OF ROSEMARY,CRUSHED WELL
2 LG CANS OF BUTTON MUSHROOMS,DRAINED.
POTATOES,PEELED AND LEFT WHOLE,AS MANY AS YOU LIKE.
THEN SEAL BAG.PUT IN BAKING DISH THAT WILL FIT ALL OF THIS LAYING FLAT.POKE 2 AIR VENTS IN TOP OF BAG. THEN BAKE FOR 2 HOURS AT 375 DEGREES.
QUARTERED ONIONS AND GARLIC CLOVES AND CARROTS MAY BE ADDED.COOL SLIGHTLY BEFORE SLICING MEAT.THIS MAKES A GREAT GRAVY FOR RICE OR NOODLES ALSO.
