    Pork Chops & Potato Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 pork chops
    • veg. oil
    • seasoned salt
    • 1can cream of celery soup
    • 1/2c. milk
    • 1/2c. sour cream
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 24 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
    • 1c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1c. french fried onions


    Instructions


    1. Brown pork chops in skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
    2. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2t. seasoned salt.
    3. Stir in potatoes, 1/2c. cheese and 1/2c. french fried onions.
    4. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Arrange chops over potatoes.
    5. Bake, covered at 350 for 55 mins. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    6. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
