    Pork Cutlets w/ Mushroom Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 boneless pork cutlets, cut 3/4 inch thick
    • 1/2t. crushed rosemary
    • 1/2t. pepper
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 1T. corn oil
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1c. water
    • 1/2c. milk
    • 1T. corn starch
    • 1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1 chicken bouillon cube
    • 8 oz. old fashioned wide egg noodles (5c.) cooked and drained


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle pork cutlets with rosemary, pepper and salt. In large skillet, heat corn oil over med. high heat.
    2. Add pork and brown well on both sides, about 6 mins. Remove pork from skillet.
    3. Add onion and garlic; cook stirring 2 mins. In bowl stir water, milk and corn starch until smooth.
    4. Add to skillet with mushrooms and bouillon. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over med. heat.
    5. Return pork to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 mins.
    6. Serve cutlets and sauce over egg noodles.
