Pork Cutlets w/ Mushroom Sauce

- 4 boneless pork cutlets, cut 3/4 inch thick
- 1/2t. crushed rosemary
- 1/2t. pepper
- 1/4t. salt
- 1T. corn oil
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1c. water
- 1/2c. milk
- 1T. corn starch
- 1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 8 oz. old fashioned wide egg noodles (5c.) cooked and drained
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork cutlets with rosemary, pepper and salt. In large skillet, heat corn oil over med. high heat.
- Add pork and brown well on both sides, about 6 mins. Remove pork from skillet.
- Add onion and garlic; cook stirring 2 mins. In bowl stir water, milk and corn starch until smooth.
- Add to skillet with mushrooms and bouillon. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over med. heat.
- Return pork to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 mins.
- Serve cutlets and sauce over egg noodles.
