    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder
    • 1t. garlic powder
    • 1(16oz) can tomatoes
    • 6T. soy sauce
    • 1t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 2T. cornstarch
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 1 1/4c. water, divided
    • 1c. sliced green pepper
    • 1c. chopped onion
    • 1/2c. diced celery


    Instructions


    1. Cut meat across the grain into 1/2 inch slices. Then slice lengthwise.
    2. Brown pork, add garlic, tomatoes, soy and Worcestershire, pepper and 1c. water.
    3. Cover and simmer 45 mins. Add green pepper, onion, celery.
    4. Cover and simmer 10 mins. Combine cornstarch with 1/4c. water. Add to skillet mixture, stirring until thick.
