Pork Pepper Steak

- 1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder
- 1t. garlic powder
- 1(16oz) can tomatoes
- 6T. soy sauce
- 1t. Worcestershire sauce
- 2T. cornstarch
- 1/4t. pepper
- 1 1/4c. water, divided
- 1c. sliced green pepper
- 1c. chopped onion
- 1/2c. diced celery
Instructions
- Cut meat across the grain into 1/2 inch slices. Then slice lengthwise.
- Brown pork, add garlic, tomatoes, soy and Worcestershire, pepper and 1c. water.
- Cover and simmer 45 mins. Add green pepper, onion, celery.
- Cover and simmer 10 mins. Combine cornstarch with 1/4c. water. Add to skillet mixture, stirring until thick.
