    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3c. light soy sauce
    • 1/2c. dry sherry
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1T. dry mustard
    • 1t. ginger
    • 2t. thyme
    • 2 lb. lean boneless pork roast


    Instructions


    1. Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, and spices in a plastic locking bag and mix well.
    2. Place the pork in the bag and marinate in the refrigerator 10-12 hrs.
    3. Heat the oven to 325. Remove the pork, discard marinade, and roast the pork for 2 hrs.
    4. Let roast rest 15 mins. before slicing.
    5. Makes: 8 servings.
