- pork steak (1 skilletful)
- 1 1/2c. ketchup
- 1/2c. brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut away most of fat from pork steaks and cut into serving pieces.
- Salt and pepper. Brown meat in electric skillet for few minutes and then put on lid and cook for a few more minutes. Drain.
- Make mixture of ketchup and sugar (enough to cover meat), then pour over meat.
- Cook on low (200-250) for about an hour, turning several times until sauce is cooked into meat and meat is tender.
