    • 4-5 LB. PORK SHOULDER ROAST
    • 2-3T. OIL
    • 3T. SAGE
    • 1/2t. SALT
    • 1/4t. PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. HEAT OVEN TO 350.
    2. COAT ROAST WITH OIL. RUB SAGE OVER ENTIRE ROAST.
    3. PLACE ROAST, FAT SIDE UP, ON RACK IN ROASTING PAN.
    4. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
    5. BAKE FOR 2-3 HOURS OR UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS.
