    Sunshine Baby Back Ribs

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 lb. pork back ribs
    • 2T. cornstarch
    • 2T. packed brown sugar
    • 1T. minced fresh mint leaves
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 2c. fresh orange juice
    • 2T. fresh lime juice
    • 1t. grated lime peel
    • 1t. grated lemon peel


    Instructions


    1. Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, mint and salt in medium saucepan; gradually stir in orange and lime juices.
    2. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in lemon and lime peel.
    3. Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Brush ribs with sauce. Place on broiler pan.
    4. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    5. Remove foil. Brush with additional sauce. Heat remaining sauce and serve with ribs.
    6. Servings: 6
