• 3 med. potatoes
  
• 2/3c. milk
  
• 1 beaten egg
  
• 1 1/2c. flour
  
• 2t. baking powder
  
• 1/2t. salt
  






Instructions



1. Grate potatoes. Add milk and egg. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
   
2. Drop by small teaspoons in deep hot oil.
