Baked Cornish Hens

List of Ingredients



• 4 Cornish hens
  
• 1/2c. butter, melted
  
• 2T. lemon juice
  
• 1t. rosemary
  
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350. Rub hens with a tablespoon or so of the butter.
   
2. Combine remaining butter and other ingredients and use to baste hens.
   
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Basting with lemon mixture every 10 mins.
   
4. Makes: 4 servings
