Barbecue Chicken & Rice Skillet

2 Tablespoons oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups water
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup corn kernels
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover.
Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from
skillet. Add water, barbecue sauce and corn to skillet. Bring to
boil. Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5
minutes.
