    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb. chicken parts
    • 2c. buttermilk
    • soak chicken overnight in fridge.
    • Next day mix:
    • 1t. black pepper
    • 1t. paprika
    • 1t. garlic salt
    • 1t. dried parsley


    Instructions


    1. Lift chicken pieces, one at a time out of buttermilk and roll in flour mixture.
    2. Pat flour on, repeat until all pieces are done.
    3. Fry in oil, drain on paper towels.
