Buttermilk Chicken

- 3 lb. chicken parts
- 2c. buttermilk
- soak chicken overnight in fridge.
- Next day mix:
- 1t. black pepper
- 1t. paprika
- 1t. garlic salt
- 1t. dried parsley
Instructions
- Lift chicken pieces, one at a time out of buttermilk and roll in flour mixture.
- Pat flour on, repeat until all pieces are done.
- Fry in oil, drain on paper towels.
