2/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4t. dried oregano
1/4t. dried basil
1/4t. dried thyme
1/4t. salt
1/2t. ground black pepper
1/2 cup milk
6 chicken drumsticks
6 chicken wings, tips removed

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, flour, Parmesan, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper; mix well. Spread mixture on a sheet of waxed paper. Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in milk, allowing any excess to drip back into the bowl. Dredge the chicken in bread crumb mixture, turning to coat and patting well so crumbs adhere. Place the drumstricks on prepared baking sheet bake for 10 minutes. Add wings to baking sheet. Bake chicken, turning once, until no longer pink and juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 35 minutes.
