List of Ingredients
- 2lb. chicken parts
- 1/4c. seasoned flour
- 1/4c. olive oil
- 8 sm. white onions
- 1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can (4oz) sliced mushrooms , drained
- 1 sm . clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 1/2oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1/2c. water
- 2T. vinegar or lemon juice
- 1T. worchestershire
- 1/2t. leaf thyme
Instructions
- Dust chicken with seasoned flour. Brown chicken in olive oil; remove.
- Add onions, green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic; brown lightly.
- Blend in remaining ingredients; add chicken. Cover; simmer about 30 mins; stir often.
- Servings:4-6
- Excellent served with spaghetti.
