Chicken In Red Wine Sauce

- 1T. olive oil
- 1T. minced garlic
- 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1T. paprika
- 1c. brown sugar
- 1c. red wine
- 1t. each salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over med. high heat. Cook garlic in oil until tender.
- Place chicken in skillet and cook about 10 mins. on each side or until done.
- Drain oil from skillet. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and 1c. brown sugar.
- Pour wine around chicken. Cover and simmer about 15-20 mins.
- Lightly baste chicken with wine sauce while cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
