    Chicken In Red Wine Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1T. olive oil
    • 1T. minced garlic
    • 3 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 1T. paprika
    • 1c. brown sugar
    • 1c. red wine
    • 1t. each salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over med. high heat. Cook garlic in oil until tender.
    2. Place chicken in skillet and cook about 10 mins. on each side or until done.
    3. Drain oil from skillet. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and 1c. brown sugar.
    4. Pour wine around chicken. Cover and simmer about 15-20 mins.
    5. Lightly baste chicken with wine sauce while cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
