    4 tsps (20mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
    1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup (60mL) Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp (10mL) olive oil
    16 cherry tomatoes, sliced or a 14.5 Oz. (406g)can of chopped tomatoes
    2 cups (480mL) cooked penne pasta
    4 Oz. (115g) fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

    Recipe




    1. Pound chicken flat.

    2. Combine Parmesan cheese and Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic in a bowl.

    3. Dip chicken in mixture; coat both sides evenly.

    4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat; add chicken.

    5. Cover and cook 3 minutes.

    6. Turn chicken over and cook additional 2 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

    7. Cut chicken into strips and set aside.

    8. Add tomatoes to pan.

    9. Simmer for about 2 minutes.

    10. Add cooked pasta and toss.

    11. Top with cooked chicken.
