1 pound skinless chicken (white and/or dark meat)
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup 2% milk
foil-lined baking pan
Recipe
Mix mayo and milk in dish large enough for each piece to medium-thin consistency. After washing chicken, cover with milk/mayo a few pieces at a time. Place crushed corn flakes in a pie plate. After dipping chicken in mayo/milk mixture, cover with crushed corn flakes. Pre-heat oven to 375F degrees. Place coated chicken in baking pan. Sprinkle left-over crushed cornflakes over chicken in pan, if desired. Bake at 375F degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
