List of Ingredients
- 2T. butter
- 2T. oil
- 1/4c. chopped onion
- 1/4c. lemon juice
- 2T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2t. basil
- 1/4t. marjoram
- 1/4t. oregano
- 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1(3-3 1/2 lb) chicken , cut up
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375. Heat butter and oil until butter is melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Coat chicken with herb mixture.
- Bake uncovered 30 mins. Turn chicken. Bake about 30 mins. longer.
