- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 1/4c. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3c. sherry
- dash of pepper
- 10 small white onions
Instructions
- Brown chicken in butter in large skillet. Stir in soup, sherry, and pepper; add onions.
- Cover; simmer 45 mins. or until chicken is tender; stir often.
- Servings: 4 to 6
