- 1C. MAYO
- 1/2C. PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1t. OREGANO
- 1t. GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2t. SALT
- 1/4t. PEPPER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
- REMOVE NECK AND GIBLETS.
- RINSE CHICKEN WITH WATER AND PAT DRY.
- IN A BOWL COMBINE MAYO, PARMESAN, OREGANO, GARLIC POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER.
- COAT CHICKEN WITH MIXTURE.
- PLACE IN SHALLOW PAN AND BAKE 1-1 1/4 HOURS UNTIL DONE.
