    • 3 1/2 LB. WHOLE CHICKEN
    • 1C. MAYO
    • 1/2C. PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1t. OREGANO
    • 1t. GARLIC POWDER
    • 1/2t. SALT
    • 1/4t. PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
    2. REMOVE NECK AND GIBLETS.
    3. RINSE CHICKEN WITH WATER AND PAT DRY.
    4. IN A BOWL COMBINE MAYO, PARMESAN, OREGANO, GARLIC POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER.
    5. COAT CHICKEN WITH MIXTURE.
    6. PLACE IN SHALLOW PAN AND BAKE 1-1 1/4 HOURS UNTIL DONE.
