2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
1 tsp (5mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
1/2 cup (120mL) egg substitute
1 Tbsp. (15mL) minced green onion
1 tsp (5mL) mustard
1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup (80mL) bread crumbs
vegetable cooking spray
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
3. Combine egg substitute, onion, Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb, Molly Mc Butter® Natural Butter Flavor and mustard in shallow dish.
4. Dip chicken breasts into egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs until evenly coated.
5. Place on baking sheet; bake for 20 minute.
6. Turn and continue baking for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
