Velveeta Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 2 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryers
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans Rotel
- 1 large box spaghetti, broken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 box frozen english peas
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil chicken until tender. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
- Saute bell pepper and onion in butter. Remove chicken from bone and chop coarsely.
- Combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, cheese, Rotel, peas and onion mixture. Mix well.
- Bake in large casserole dish at 325 for 45 minutes. May want to half... makes a lot.
