    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryers
    • 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
    • 2 cans Rotel
    • 1 large box spaghetti, broken
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 bell pepper, chopped
    • 1 box frozen english peas
    • 1 stick butter
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Boil chicken until tender. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
    2. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter. Remove chicken from bone and chop coarsely.
    3. Combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, cheese, Rotel, peas and onion mixture. Mix well.
    4. Bake in large casserole dish at 325 for 45 minutes. May want to half... makes a lot.
