    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed or whole
    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper diced
    2 tomato quartered
    1/8 head cauliflower
    1 cup chopped carrots
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon coriander
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup water

    Heat pressure cooker. Throw in all of the ingredients. Cook 10
    minutes (with chicken, about 6 without, 12 with pre-soaked uncooked
    garbanzos/chick peas). Cool at once.

    Thicken sauce, if desired and serve with rice.
