    Champagne Sherbet Punch

    Hawaii Cooking with Aloha/Elvira Monroe
    2 bottles champagne, well chilled 1 bottle sauterne, well chilled 1 qt pineapple sherbet
    1 cup pineapple, diced

    1 Put sherbet in punch bowl. Pour over sauterne and champagne. Garnish with pineapple.
