- 3oz. cherry gelatin
- 1c. boiling water
- 6oz. can frozen lemonade
- 3c. cold water
- 1 qt. cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 trays ice cubes
- 1 pint ginger ale, chilled
- fruit flavored sherbet, optional
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lemonade. Add cold water and cranberry juice.
- Place in large bowl with ice cubes or in molded ring. Pour in ginger ale just before serving.
- Add balls of sherbet if desired.
- Makes: about 25 servings.
