Emeril's Delmonico/Emeril Lagasse 2005
1-1/2 ounces dark rum 1 ounce cranberry juice 1 ounce fresh orange juice
1 ounce grenadine 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
crushed ice 1 thin orange wedge, for garnish 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

1 Combine all the ingredients, except the orange and cherry, in a Collins glass. Toss into a cocktail shaker, shake once, and then pour back into the Collins glass. Skewer the orange and cherry on a toothpick and garnish the drink. Serve immediately.
