Banana Butterscotch Pudding

List of Ingredients



• 1c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  
• 2T. milk
  
• 1/4c. butter
  
• 5 bananas, sliced
  






Instructions



1. Combine the brown sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan and cook until sugar is melted and mixture bubbles up.
   
2. Serve hot or cold over sliced bananas. For a more elaborate dessert, this may be served with a puff of whipped cream or whipped evaporated milk.
