Easy Roast Beef and Gravy

List of Ingredients
- 1 (3-5 lb. ) beef roast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Place roast in large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle soup mix over roast. Add soup.
- Close foil so steam does not escape, but leave an air pocket above roast.
- Bake at 300-350 about 45 mins. per pound.
