Hearty Lasagna Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4t. garlic powder
- 2 cans seasoned beef broth with onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4t. dried Italian seasonings
- 1 1/2c. uncooked mafalda or corkscrew pasta
- 1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef with garlic in skillet until browned. Drain.
- Add broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Heat to a boil.
- Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 mins. or until pasta is done. Stir in cheese.
- Serve with additional cheese, if desired.
