List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3c. water
- 2t. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2c. baby carrots
- 4 med. potatoes, cut into quarters
- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves
- 1/2t. paprika
Instructions
- Mix soup, water, 1t. oregano, carrots and potatoes in shallow roasting pan.
- Top with chicken. Season with remaining oregano and paprika.
- Bake at 400 for 50 mins. or until done. Stir vegetables.
