    Cheesy Chili Rice

    2 cups water
    1 cup rice
    1/2 cup butter
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    8 oz. Kraft cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Kraft Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Knudson sour cream
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray a 9x9 inch square pan with nonstick spray. Heat water to a boil and add rice. Cover pan with a lid, lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

    Add butter to rice. Mix onion, cheeses, sour cream, and green chili, mix in rice.

    Pour into pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is brown and rice is bubbling. Remove from oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.Notes This recipe is very easy to double and makes a good potluck dish.
