1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup (80mL) uncooked long grain rice
2/3 cup (160mL) low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. (15mL) butter
1 Tbsp. (15mL) chopped parsley
Recipe
1. Add chopped onion to uncooked long grain rice.
2. Add low sodium chicken broth.
3. Stir in 1 tsp (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes until rice is tender.
4. Stir in butter and chopped parsley, serve.
