4 C. Minute Rice
1 Tbs. salt
5 C. boiling water
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 C. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. onion, chopped
2 C. celery, chopped
Recipe
Stir rice, salt and pepper into boiling water. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Sauté onions, mushrooms and celery in butter. Add to rice and mix lightly with fork.
