- 1 LB. GROUND BEEF
- 1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 STALK CELERY, CHOPPED
- 1/4C. CHOPPED BELL PEPPERS
- 1 1/2C. RICE
- 1 CAN TOMATOES
- 1/2C. WATER
- 1SMALL JAR MUSHROOMS
- 1/2t. CHILI POWDER
- 1/2t. GARLIC POWDER
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Instructions
- BROWN MEAT, DRAIN. ADD ONION, CELERY AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
- ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS .
- COOK ON HIGH HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES, STIRRING AT ALL TIMES.
- TURN OFF HEAT AND COVER AND LET SET FOR 10 MINUTES.
- TOP WITH 1/2C. GRATED CHEESE.
