List of Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10oz) pkg. frozen corn
- 1c. water
- 1(14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2t. oregano
- 1/2t chili powder
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/4t. garlic powder
- 1/8t. black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
Instructions
- Brown meat, breaking it into pieces and stirring for about 5 mins. Drain.
- Add corn, water, tomatoes, seasonings and bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 mins.
- Makes: 4 servings
