    • 1 1/2c. apricot preserves
    • 6T. Dijon or Creole mustard


    Instructions


    1. Combine the apricot preserves and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat.
    2. Heat gently, stirring often until the preserves melt.
    3. Stir to combine with mustard. Cool.
    4. Serve as a dip for spicy foods like the Cajun Chicken Wings.
