- 1 1/2c. apricot preserves
- 6T. Dijon or Creole mustard

- Combine the apricot preserves and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Heat gently, stirring often until the preserves melt.
- Stir to combine with mustard. Cool.
- Serve as a dip for spicy foods like the Cajun Chicken Wings.
