List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Hoisin BBQ sauce (follows)
- 2T. minced fresh cilantro
- 2 (14x12) sheets heavy duty foil
- Hoisin BBQ Sauce:
- 1c. Hoisin sauce
- 2T. dry sherry
- 2T. oriental sesame oil
- 1T. sugar
- 1/2t. rice vinegar
- combine all ingredients to use to glaze chicken, pork, ribs.
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Place on one sheet of foil.
- Spoon on the sauce and sprinkle with cilantro. Top with 2nd piece of foil and fold the edges over 3 times to seal.
- Rotate in the flat standard basket for 20 minutes or until done.
