    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 1c. fresh basil leaves
    • 1/2c. fresh parsley leaves
    • 3T. pine nuts
    • 3T. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1/2c. olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Place garlic, basil, parsley, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and salt in the food processor.
    2. Pulse to finely chop. With machine running, pour in the oil to make a paste.
    3. Keep refrigerated for up to 4 to 5 days.
