Cilantro Chili Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 2(4 oz) cans diced mild green chilies
- 1/3c. dry white wine
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1T. fresh lime juice
- 1c. packed cilantro
- 1/2c. hot melted butter
Instructions
- Combine chilies, wine, green onions and lime juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and continue to cook until mixture is reduced by half.
- Cool about 5 minutes. Pour into a food processor or blender and puree.
- Add the cilantro and finely chop. With machine running, add the hot melted butter.
- Serve immediately over rotated chicken or vegetables.
