    List of Ingredients


    • 2(4 oz) cans diced mild green chilies
    • 1/3c. dry white wine
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1T. fresh lime juice
    • 1c. packed cilantro
    • 1/2c. hot melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Combine chilies, wine, green onions and lime juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and continue to cook until mixture is reduced by half.
    2. Cool about 5 minutes. Pour into a food processor or blender and puree.
    3. Add the cilantro and finely chop. With machine running, add the hot melted butter.
    4. Serve immediately over rotated chicken or vegetables.
