Ginger-Garlic Dipping Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 2 (2 inch) pieces of peeled fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2c. soy sauce
- 1/2t. hot sauce
- 1t. honey
- 1t. vinegar
- 2T. chopped cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey and vinegar in a blender or food processor.
- Puree and then stir in the cilantro.
- Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken wings or shrimp.
