List of Ingredients
- 3 to 4 fresh red or green jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4c. canned crushed tomatoes
- 1/2T. ground cumin
- 1/2T. ground coriander
- 3T. olive oil
- 1T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 to 3t. dried red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
- Use as is over chicken or beef, or mix with mayonnaise or sour cream and use as a garnish.
