    List of Ingredients


    • 3 to 4 fresh red or green jalapenos, seeded and minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4c. canned crushed tomatoes
    • 1/2T. ground cumin
    • 1/2T. ground coriander
    • 3T. olive oil
    • 1T. fresh lemon juice
    • 2 to 3t. dried red pepper flakes


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
    3. Use as is over chicken or beef, or mix with mayonnaise or sour cream and use as a garnish.
