    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. sugar
    • 1c. fresh dill
    • 1c. Dijon mustard
    • 1/3c. white wine vinegar
    • 1/2c. mayonnaise
    • 2T. vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender or food processor.
    2. Blend until smooth. With machine still running add the oil, drop by drop until absorbed.
    3. Store covered in refrigerator. Serve with fish or shrimp.
