- 1c. dry red wine
- 1/4c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1t. minced fresh parsley
- 1t. fresh thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/4t. black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and use to marinate beef.
