South Ameican Chimichurri Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1/2c. olive oil
- 1/4c. red wine vinegar
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/3c. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1T. finely chopped fresh oregano
- salt to taste
- 1/4t. cayenne pepper
- 1/4t. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar. Stir in the onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, cayenne and pepper.
- Let stand at room temp. for 2-3 hours before serving over steak.
