    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2c. olive oil
    • 1/4c. red wine vinegar
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1/3c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1T. finely chopped fresh oregano
    • salt to taste
    • 1/4t. cayenne pepper
    • 1/4t. freshly ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar. Stir in the onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, cayenne and pepper.
    2. Let stand at room temp. for 2-3 hours before serving over steak.
