1/2-CUP DICED CUCUMBER
1/2-CUP DICED HAM
1/2-CUP DICED CHEESE, ANYKIND YOU LIKE.I USE SHARP CHEDDER.
1/2 CUP DICED CARROTS,RAW
1/2 CUP FRESH BROCOLLI,RAW
1/2 CUP FRESH CAULIFLOWER,RAW
4-6 HARD BOILED EGGS,CHOPPED UP.
1-BOTTLE OF RANCH DRESSING
MIX ALL THE ABOVE IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX WELL.REFRIDGERATE BEFORE SERVING.SAVE ONE EGG FOR GARNISHING THE TOP OF THE PASTA SALAD,SPRINKLE TOP WITH PAPRIKA IF DESIRED.
