6 medium potatoes
2 large eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 cup (60mL) onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup (60mL) green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup (120ml) celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. (45mL) sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Bend™
1/3 cup (80mL) light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. (15mL) mustard
1 Tbsp. (15mL) white wine vinegar
Recipe
1. Place potatoes in saucepan with water to cover.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Cool and peel potatoes, cube, and place in large salad bowl.
4. Chop hard-boiled eggs, and add to potatoes with onion, green pepper, celery, and green relish.
5. Make dressing by combining remaining ingredients.
6. Pour over vegetables and toss well.
7. Dust salad with Mrs. Dash® Mesquite Grilling Blend™.
